We deliver a range of full package construction projects in a range of sectors, and regularly work for larger construction companies, infrastructure companies, architects, developers, commercial property owners and private homeowners.
With over 30 years’ experience in groundworks, civils and specialist construction services, we have successfully delivered works on residential, commercial and mixed-use developments of varying scale and complexity. Our capabilities include site clearance, bulk excavation, foundations, drainage, reinforced concrete, steel fixing and full substructure packages, allowing us to support projects from inception through to completion.
Kwikgreen has extensive experience working on commercial and mixed-use developments. We have delivered groundworks and civils for commercial property owners, including the construction of a large commercial vehicle depot on the East Sussex coast. More recently, we were involved in the Woodford Green development, delivering groundworks for a new ASDA Express store with an aparthotel constructed above, demonstrating our capability to operate on complex, multi-use urban sites with constrained access and tight programmes.
Our residential experience includes delivering full groundworks packages for a homebuilder constructing 125 new homes in Kent, as well as undertaking site clearance, excavation and all substructure works for a property developer building eight new two-bedroom flats in Canterbury. We have also supported larger schemes, including groundworks for a 16-unit residential development in South East London, incorporating an underground car park, and providing substructure and drainage solutions for a development of eight executive homes in Kent.
In addition, we are regularly sub-contracted by large national infrastructure and principal contractors to provide specialist groundworks and steel fixing expertise. Our infrastructure experience includes involvement in aviation projects at Southampton Airport and London City Airport, where precision, safety and compliance are critical.
