Over the past six months, we’ve been dedicated to some exciting developments, including our largest project to date in Wood Green—a transformation that perfectly embodies our commitment to excellence and innovation.

About the Project
​
This ambitious project involves the redevelopment of a historic building into a vibrant multi-use space. As the main contractor, we’re overseeing the creation of:

A local supermarket to serve the community;

A 40-unit aparthotel providing modern accommodations above;

Underground facilities including a car park, canteen, and storage to support the supermarket’s operations.

The Journey So Far
​
We have already achieved several critical milestones:
​
Demolition: Carefully dismantling the existing structure to prepare for redevelopment.
​
Foundation Underpinning: Stabilizing the 100-year-old foundations to ensure a safe and secure base for construction.
​
Excavation: Digging 3 meters below ground level to create the essential underground spaces.
​
​With at least 9 more months of work ahead, we are progressing steadily towards completing a project that will bring immense value to the local community.
