He oversees workforce management, programme planning and quality control, ensuring every project meets the high standards expected of a CHAS Gold contractor.

Phil’s calm, solutions-focused approach has helped Kwikgreen successfully deliver projects across retail, civils, commercial and public-sector environments.

Angela McGovern

Angela leads the commercial and client-facing functions of Kwikgreen, overseeing tendering, project coordination and customer relationships.

With a background in managing multi-trade packages and complex site requirements, Angela ensures every project runs smoothly, from initial scope through to completion.

Her clear communication and organised approach are central to the company’s growing commercial reputation.

Senior Operations Manager

Pat Thornton

Pat is an award-winning Project Manager and Senior Operations Lead at Kwikgreen, bringing vast construction experience across high-profile commercial, retail and residential projects.

With a deep understanding of site operations, sequencing and multi-trade coordination, Pat plays a hands-on role in managing daily site activities, supervising teams and maintaining safe, efficient working practices.

His exceptional construction knowledge, leadership style and attention to detail ensure every scheme runs smoothly and to the standards required by major contractors and developers.
