WE CARRIED OUT GROUNDWORKS FOR A KENT BASED DEVELOPER IN 2023
Client: Property Developer & Home Builder
Project type: Construction of 9 Flats
Project duration: We were on site for a total of 9 weeks
Scope of works: 9 flats with car park facilities. Built to car park level.
Kwikgreen were sub-contracted in by the developer/homebuilder to assist with all of the groundworks for a new luxury residential block of flats in Tunbridge Wells.
We carried out all of the groundworks, ground beams, lift shafts and columns, block and beam works and drainage.
Our team were on site for 9 weeks, coming in ahead of schedule and on-budget.
